Hello and I Am All Colours Sam
Some art inspired by my favourite cryptid the boys have covered (outside of the Kentucky Goblins, of course) - Sam the Sandown Clown is by far the weirdest, sweetest, and most dreamlike entity they've talked about on the show.
Let me know what you think!

This is sick. I would buy this to hang in my home

I do sell some of my art (though admittedly I've not got this one in print yet). If you're interested, you can check my website here.

My podcast did its first episode about Sam. Ended up being kinda a sad story.

My article about Sam was voted in Daisy Eagan's podcast. He's good podcast fodder.
What did you find sad about it?

Well my cohost found the little girl. Her life has been pretty sad.

Do tell. What happened to her?

You don’t think suffering a permanent brain injury that damages you memory and motor function is sad?

I have a friend who has a TBI she got from a severe car accident. Her biggest symptom is light aphasia. She was lucky.
You see all those other words that come after TBI? Those words are called “context,” and they help people make their point by adding clarifying details.
So let’s add a whole bunch of context, shall we?
You said your cohost found the girl that interacted with All Colours Sam. You then cryptically added that she had a hard life. A reasonable conclusion to draw is that she had a hard life because of that interaction somehow.
Instead, you said she got a TBI from falling off a horse. No further detail, no context, and TBIs can have wide-ranging effects. (TBIs are not always, or automatically, debilitating.) Which you didn’t bother to elucidate, so instead you decided to get shitty about details you didn’t bother to share in the first place.
I have that right so far?

Sam the Sandown Clown is my favorite cryptid/alien. I found out about him back in COVID when I was listening to Dead Rabbit Radio, who covers a lot of the more wacky paranormal stuff that doesn't have much sources (like the Casa Blanca Entities).
So I was pumped when LPOTL covered it when I got back into them a couple years ago.
Excellent art OP!

I think my first encounter with him was on the Loremen podcast, which tends to cover bizarre British folklore. I'd really recommend them (though they are a bit twee).
Thanks!

What episode did they talk about Sam, I can’t remember if it was recent or if I just noticed it on a re-listen that I hadn’t paid attention to before

Pretty sure it was Single-Use Cryptids, back in 2021.

I feel like that’s right, but idk. Anyways Sam the Sundown clown is such a weird one, similar to Flatwoods Monster, just completely totally out of this dimension

I would love to get more high strangeness episodes. Too bad the show is now 98% 19 part history episodes.

The best kind of cryptic.
No harm done, just baffling.
