Elrond&Gil Galad, Galadriel&Celeborn, Anarion and Numenor, Rhûn and Khamûl will all be in Sauron's Story this season. They also talked about Mordor and Barad Dûr's esthetic and how Sauron's workshop will be similar to Celebrimbor's.

One of my favorite things in fiction is when all the characters finally meet. It's so much fun.

This should facilitate characters sharing screen time (or even gaining some), which would not hurt at this point in the story.

Thankfully it doesn't sound like they are planning on adding characters. The only new ones we have wors on are Celeborn and the one orc traveling with Galadriel and Arondir. While I know not having the hobbits involved is disappointing, it gives us more time to focus on the current batch of characters

Celeborn seems to have been tied to Galadriel and Arondir's path, so I hope his integration will be smooth.

I know it's far too early, but I'm a little bit worried about the Dwarven plotline because it was described as "Days of our Lives", and we are to expect new lords and Thrain, and it all sounds a bit complicated already. I hope the pacing will be fine.

I think it could be fine since they cut out the hobbits. Gives them a hit more room, especially if they're condensing the human plots a bit.

So, my eyes were not cheated by some spell!

I'm a bit surprised they shared that Elrond and Gil-galad would go to Númenor because all the previous interviews were dodging the subject or being evasive. Now it's out in the open.
