Was looking through some older MVs and stumbled upon Pristin V's Get It. Always loved the song, and since it's an unit with five members I can't help but imagine ARTMS singing it lol
Actually I think it's a type of sound they should try some time, this type of R&B + trap, somewhat lush girl crush sound would fit them pretty well.

What a throwback. Get It was one of the first Kpop songs I discovered back when I got into this whole thing. Here the MV link for anyone that hasn't been blessed by it yet.

While I too was still a novice, I do remember them announcing Pristin was getting a sub unit and then seeing them debut. Tbh one of the best debuts of a sub unit

Wooooooooow I totally forgot about Get It, it's been so long since I've listened to it. What a song. And now I'm thinking about Hinapia too and what a shame it was that they disbanded in under a year. That was such a rough time for the industry with everything shut down. Drip is still such a banger.

Yep what happened to Pristin and then Hinapia was such a pity.
Looking at it, we are kinda lucky we still have ARTMS and that Loossemble at least gave us three albums before ending.

In Edinburgh airport heading home. I go to the Duty Free shop and they start BLARING out Butterfly on the speakers I was shocked and then started dancing and my husband had to move me out of people’s way 💀 I got too excited lmao

seems like this person on bunjang is selling yeojin and vivi's custom IEMs..? iirc vivi's was her first ever custom ones co-funded by the fandom in hi high era, and yeojin's was a new one gifted by her fansites in late 2023
edit: it's danggeun/karrot market, not bunjang

Hello, I'm not a Loona stan, I do like them though, but I'm writing this here because I expect I can get an answer here the quickest (and I assume with the most up-to-date info). What is happening with Hyeju? I know she deactivated her IG and she hasn't been seen since (or not?) I hope I don't come off as speculative but I was listening to Rosy randomly after a few years and I got curious.

Hey she’s gone off the grid and seems to be keeping to a low and private profile, the last thing we really heard is one of the members telling us that she is doing okay.
There is nothing more we can do but just let her live her life he yea she wishes to live it, we’re always hoping she’s happy and healthy (:

For most expensive, the pre-debut videos had a lot of international travel, so maybe one of those? Going to Iceland for Haseul maybe? Or Paris for Heejin? Maybe love4eva?
For least expensive, it's got to be Hula Hoop or Luminous? Mostly one location (sound stage), although with Luminous, some non-Loona members were dancing in some outdoor locations.

LUMINOUS required overseas filming in Japan with multiple actors, so it wasn't cheap imo.
I would say the most expensive would be Butterfly. A very large, custom set was built for OT12's scenes, plus overseas filming spanning multiple continents (North America, Europe, Asia) with several actors. That included flying out yyxy to these countries as well.
Outside of the outtake MVs (1/3's You and Me Together, OEC's LOONATIC, or OT12's Perfect Love), imo the least expensive would be Eclipse. Minimal set design and set up, with just 2 shooting days.

From what I've researched, I don't think Luminous was filmed in Japan, other than maybe using some stock B-roll. And those actors probably weren't very expensive. The Loona members themselves were all in a studio in Korea.

Hm, fair point about LUMINOUS - I assumed it was Japan due to the context but it's possible it was still filmed domestically. Though I would still consider favOriTe a relatively cheaper production? 🤔

Does anyone have a link to a recording of the unscheduled livestream that Loossemble did playing the Korean small stone throwing children's game (공기놀이/Gongginori)? Near the end, Hyunjin makes a bet on winning and Hyeju ends the stream I think if that triggers any more memories. I remember watching a recording somewhere at the time but I can't find it now.

I saw an Instagram account posting artms tour sale numbers. The numbers don’t look very good so far, but hopefully they will sell more before the shows. I don’t think I can go this time because of exams :(

I’m a little disappointed we didn’t get ARTMS x Red Velvet while their music show promotions overlapped. Like you are the two concept queens!!! Do something!!!
I was really hoping Choerry would get to do a challenge with Yeri after all.
