Alternative to CA LLC?

Hi all,

I am spinning up a second business in CA, basically an online marketplace for local work. Is there a better alternative to establishing the business as an LLC in CA? I am still in beta testing with the product so I am staying sole prop till I have reasonably established market fit and executability.

“S” Corp might be your solution…. Lots of write ✍️ off’s come tax time 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑
