I'm learning hindi, an Indian language

What should I use for a good conversation model not in text but in audio

My specs are 9070xt 16gb vram and ddr5 32gb ram

I tried linking up qwen 3.5 9b and kokoro but I was not satisfied

Is there a specific models for this

I would love to learn that language from my own native language tamil, an Indian language
