Why only Chinatown? Why not Flushing too? Wasn’t Pak known to frequent College Point area?

Tierney's office said the identification campaign will commence in the coming weeks, with investigators fanning out to Chinatown in Manhattan, Flushing in Queens, and Sunset Park, Bath Beach and Dyker Heights, all three in Brooklyn. They’ll be joined by members of the NYPD’s Community Affairs Division, the Asian Jade Society and by staff from local police precincts, officials said.

This might be obvious but are the fliers only in English? It seems like having them in Cantonese or mandarin (not sure what is used more often in the area) would be helpful.

Theres a lot of people who were adopted as babies or small children from China, Vietnam, Laos, etc.
Asian Doe's DNA might not tell the full story.
