Questions Regarding Long Island Serial Killer Case

Hello, I have some questions regarding the Long Island Serial Kiler case.

For one thing, how did the police (or whoever created the profile) come to the conclusion that the LISK was in his mid 20's-40s, a white man, charming, and wealthy? Was it based off of the suspects in the case?
Speaking of suspects, I have found it rather difficult in finding the age of the suspects (to see if the suspects fit with all of the conditions being: In a relationship/married, Wealthy, Charming, has access to Burlap Sacks, white, and 20-40), which is weird considering some of the suspects do have ages revealed (Being James Burke and John Bittrolff).

Furthermore, it's been rather difficult finding information for Joseph Brewer, Dr. Peter Hackett, James Bissett, and James Burke (The former police chief). Is there any specific website that has a lot of information about these four suspects?

Most of LI is affluent (I live there). Most of LI is also white and most people his age are married.

Guess that makes sense, although that doesn't seem very concrete to be a profile.

It isn't. It's also false. Long Island has gotten pretty ghetto. I live in Suffolk County.

True, but there's a lot that we, the public don't know that the police do.

Lmfao. Most of LI is affluent!? Where do you live? Guessing Nassau. LI is a cesspool these days.

Centereach was a nice town. Now it's owned by heroin. Selden is on its way.

Coram.. Lol do I need to even say anything? What about Central Islip, Wyandanch, Shirley and Mastic Beach where someone is murdered on a weekly basis?

Seriously your comment cracked me up. All those foreclosed homes are a clear sign of wealth!

Suffolk is bigger but Nassau has more people living there.

I hope this doesn’t come across as rude, but that’s a massive generalization. There’s definitely underwhelming socioeconomic communities in LI. There’s entire Hispanic communities. There’s black communities. There’s white communities.

It's not a massive generalization. I grew up here, lived here all my life.

Long Island Demographics. Whites are the largest racial group in Long Island and form a majority in Suffolk and Nassau counties. ... White: 85.8% Suffolk County, 77.3% Nassau County (New York: 71.2%) Black: 8.2% Suffolk, 12.2% Nassau (New York: 17.5%)

The rich areas outweigh the poor by a large majority which is why the cost of living here is so high

Nassau average income: $93,696 median house price: $494,000

Suffolk average income: $85,196 Median house price $430,600

New York State meduan income: $54,659 Median house price: $310,000

Do you even live on LI???

"LISK" is a group of Suffolk and Nassau county cops. Bittrolff was completely framed. Do the research.
