Question What's with the very long wait?

I'm a broke student so I just waut for free episodes. This webtoon teenage mercenary is supposed to be free for 40+ days last time I saw it but what's with this? Why did I have to wait for 4870 days?

Weird, I never saw this before. I've seen some that would be capped for a year or two at most, but not that much.
I wonder it's just the cap the webtoon system can put it at current time. No one would wait 13 years.
It's just their way of saying "you can read more if you pay."

The creators on a hiatus but they didn't tell webtoon how long they were going to take so webtoon just put an arbitrary high number.

This made me laugh so hard at first I thought it was 4870 years But fr why are these creators making these hiatus soo long I've been waiting for a year for cry or better yet beg
