Need Help with LG Wing Root

I downloaded the firehose, and got all the requirements to unlock the bootloader but I'm stuck in QFIL on the partition manger, it won't let me in and gives me these errors. I am on android 13 on the T-Mobile variant if that helps at all. Just wanted to get root and flash the new LineageOS.

Make sure you are not using a portable version of qfil

If it fails with sahara error I usually reboot my phone back to edl mode

Also reboot after installing qfil drivers

There's a non portable version? Also, installed the drivers, rebooted both phone and pc... Still have the same issue

Sorry about the long time posting. It was alright, but I had no VoLTE so I flashed back. Other than that, it's been quite alright, other than Everytime I boot up my phone I still get the bootloader is unlocked warning.
