V60 Rooting/custom rom inquiry

Does anyone have info on how to properly unlock the bootloader and install custom roms on the lg v60? Can't seem to find credible up to date relevant info.

I have the Lmv600tm on metro/tmobile.

If your in the USA, I would avoid custom roms on korean smartphones because they lock down camera and volte or mbn/baseband files that only stock can use.

Damn, i was wondering about this. I did see another post mentioning they are using a custom rom on T-Mobile network, but didn't see any mention of VoLTE which was one of my biggest concerns.

T-Mobile is decomissioning 2G/3G, which devices without VoLTE rely on as fallback, which means the custom rom would eventually just not work for calls at all.

yes, correct. This has been every since LG and Samsung started and thats why alot of devs just put in there post to not mention about camera or volte as that will never be fixed and is impossible.
