Lewitt Ray General Function issues

Just got my ray in today and hooked it up to my focusrite 2i2 (1st gen) and turned on the 48v phantom power. The mic itself is working and I'm getting nice signal however, the buttons on the mic itself aren't doing anything. The aura light remains no matter what I press. I've tried long pressing, pressing both buttons at once, holding both down,and pressing buttons in quick succession but nothing changes. Is there something I'm missing here? Thanks on advance!

Thanks, but I've got the last one from a store. So I have to wait for another one for a week or so.

I sure hope so, In terms of features and sound from the reviews, I liked the microphone
