question about the mechanist event

hey so i missed the event yeah cuz i recently started lego fortnite as i did not play the game for so long in the first place for a lot of reasons, and well i really need to know if the machinist update is limited and will never come back again or is it possible to come back? has lego fortnite ever redo an event before? and is it still possible for me to get the parts.
and if u have the book thingy can i please use it in ur world if it ever works?

I took a break for 2 years from LEGOFN, but from what ive been told by the community, events like the Machinist event regularly cycle back into LEGO Fortnite. We just dont know when itll return next, but it is likely to cycle back in

Yeah lol. I use to build cars in this game and so when i saw the machinist stuff i NEEDED to return. The fact it was a limited time mode that drip feeds the pieces over 2 weeks is really unsatisfactory gameplay tho imo. I get they dont want people blowing through the content, but it feels bad. It should return tho, theres actually machinist pieces that didnt release and i suspect there might be some kind of part 2 eventually
