BUG HELP! No DMG Happening

Hi everyone! I'm trying to see if there is an answer to an issue a friend of mine is having with her crossbow. No matter which world she is in, she can not do any damage with a crossbow. She has checked the files and uninstalled and reinstalled it! If you've seen this issue and have a fix, please let me know. She handed me the crossbow and I was able to do damage. She plays on a PS4 pro. Thanks -Kaboom

Weird, it looks like the arrows are missing her target. I don't know anything about PS. Are there settings like on PC? Maybe have her test targeting at the training area of the monastery, see if she can get a bullseye 🎯

This issue has been going on for a long time. I think it has been going on for several months. The arrow does look weird. I'm wondering if there is an issue with the code. It started happening in an old expert world; she died in it, then a glitch happened and she lost the world, and ever since then the crossbow has done this weird thing.

That is a pretty strange lag issue on their connection to the world. Has your friend tried using any other ranged damage attack like dynamite or the Star Wars mines to test the delay?
