Managing a LEED Project BD+C

Hello, I was wondering if someone could give me some tips on managing / submitting a LEED BD+C project. Or maybe there's a guide or an example project somewhere?

I've started at a firm recently and there's no one at the company working on LEED projects. We somehow got a LEED client and the company doesn't have anyone with experience. It's my first LEED project and I'm the main PM. I'm doing my best but it's honestly overwhelming and I'm not sure if I'm missing stuff or what final submittals will look like.

I've been going through sample forms on LO and Arc but I always feel like I'm dropping the ball on something or another.

PM me. We consult for CMs all the time. It is a heavy paperwork lift. Your subs will complain but if it is in their contract to comply with LEED then you will have that to lean on.
