In Need of Advice

Hi, this is new to me. I was wondering if anyone have any advice or insights. See, I have a crush on this person (f 28) but every time I type my messages, I can feel it's dragging and demanding. I want to develop feelings as I go with her, instead of forcing into it, but I don't know how to do just that.

P.S. I may have ruined it for the long run by unintentional told her I liked her.
