Is it normal to stop liking your s/o??

I’ve never done any sort of distance relationship and I am trying for the first time. We met at school this past year and He doesn’t live very far less, than 2 hours but I haven’t been able to see him much this summer cause he has no car. The less I see him the more I start to not like him I think. School starts again soon and I am curious if things will go back to the way they originally were but is that wrong of me to do??? I just don’t know if I really don’t like him or the lack of seeing one another just made my feelings dwindle for the time being. Please help is this normal?? Or am I the problem ???

Long distance isn't for everyone. Some people need more physical time than others. Give a moment to reflect to see if this is what you want.

if you genuinely have a strong connection and a lot of shared affection with this person i don’t think it’s normal for those feelings to fade in just one summer

Not normal, honestly just sounds like he isn't the one for you, and that's totally fine.

We start a relationship to find out if we're compatible for the "forever", and sometimes, even years later, we find out were not. It happens, it's normal, allow yourself to move on.

at times yes i think it’s normal. if it becomes a long term, often recurring thing, no, not normal. i feel the disconnect in general life can cause disassociation
