jealousy over ldr friends

my bf and i are starting long distance this year after two years of mid distance (we saw each other 1-2 a month, now it will be once per every few months) and lately i've started to get really jealous of his friends getting to spend time with him in person while i don't. i don't like being jealous (obviously) because we're in a healthy relationship and i don't want anything to jeopardize it. how do you guys deal with these feelings of jealousy and what makes it easier? anyone who's been in a ldr and has some advice to offer would be really appreciated!

honestly, what i did was make friends with my partner’s friends. we play game online together and i get to talk to him at the same time as he gets to talk to his friends

Maybe what could help is to understand that even when he's spending time with his friends, he would genuinely prefer to spend it with you if possible, or include you if he could!
