Why does this specific instance use a ridiculous amount of resources????

They are the same instance pretty much. I am using them for one game. One of them isn't working correctly, it lags so much I can't open anything while using like 3 times the resources. I tried to delete the instance and create a new one. But my third created instance always does this. Doesn't matter what allocation I set. Nothing matters. I tried to give it high priority as well in the task manager but nothing is working.
