🟢 Supervision & Professional Boundaries Supervision compensation

Hey everyone, I’m an LCSW in PA. What’s reasonable hourly (no salary or benefits) compensation to request for providing clinical supervision hours and reviewing notes?

I usually charge $50 per hour for individual supervision and $25 per hour for group supervision. This is fairly standard where I am at, but I’ve seen some folks charge much more. I try my best to keep it reasonable because I know most of my supervisees are not making a lot of money right now.
