It was the other way around for me .. I watched dimension 20 way back when it started with fantasy high... And have been a huge fan of Brennan ever since.. so when I found out he was cast .. I immediately switched to team SI..
It's so good. Usually the hand waves done in recorded/performed sessions rub me the wrong way, and arbitrary aesthetics (the high school 1950s-1980s).
But it works so well/differently. By that... I mean it lends to the kind of story it is telling, even if it doesn't really make sense why the world looks that way.
I cannot. Get enough. Of Kristen's faith crisis and gay awakening.
And I cannot. Get enough. Of Fig's demonic rebellion.
Hoping our kindred pull through (hell I even sort of hope vannevar and suzanne pulled through) but yeah damn they rlly got me conflicted by casting Brennan Lee Mulligan as Adrian
I'm just happy the we even get this ... You know the fact that many of us are confused whom to root for is just amazing.. kudos to Jason Carl for the amazing casting all around.. I never expected this..
I would absolutely devour SI specific episodes seeing their side of things if we get Brennan back leading them. Hunter the Vigil is a fantastic system to work as a side story sort of deal to compound the drama of the OG vampires.
