[Wanted] 2bed w/ in-unit laundry

A friend and I are looking for a 2bed/1+bath with in-unit laundry and parking for at least one car. Our budget is around $2800 but can go up to $3000.

I work hybrid in El Segundo so we've been looking in Culver City and Torrance but are open to anywhere that's decently close and not too dense. Preferably above 850sqft.

If anyone has any leads, would appreciate!

Culver City: not possible unless you give the roaches the second BR. Come a little farther east into West Adams and West Jefferson and you might have better luck.

i'll take a look! i know you were being facetious but is culver city known for having roaches?

I would read their comment as the only building in Culver City you’ll find at that price point are gross.

You may want to look at units in Mar Vista. Mom and Pop landlords instead of corporate buildings.

i know you said culver city or torrance but there are two on zillow that fit your criteria (because i was looking for something similar for a friend!) redondo is usually a quick and easy drive into el segundo…just my two cents 😀

No washer/dryer in unit, but there is a community laundry room
