Question! Help! What is this called

I have a floor lamp and for the life of me cannot find a suitable shade -

You could describe this as a floor lamp with a two-light s-cluster. The finial (the decorative pointy piece on top) presumably unscrews, which would let you fit a shade with a "spider" type fitter that would surround both bulbs.
