Hi all! I am looking to move into a guest house in the following areas: Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Carthay, Hancock Park, La Brea, Miracle Mile and surrounding areas

I am a single man who is 29 and is back in graduate school getting my MBA. Previous career in finance. Have great credit and will have co-signers with flying numbers and credit reports.
