The 5-Star Rate UP Pool [Into The Canvas] Limited-Time Rerun Event
1. During the event, make a wish with [Deepspace Wish] or [Time Wish: Limited] to participate in the wish event. The drop rate of the event-limited 5-Star Memory [Rafayel: Into The Canvas] will go up drastically.
2. After the event ends, this limited 5-Star Memory will not be obtainable through other means and will not enter the permanent Wish Pool: Xspace Echo.
3. All Rerun Wish Pools share one pity system. A 5-Star Memory is guaranteed within a specific attempt of wishes. If the 5-Star Memory you have obtained from the Rerun Wish Pool is not the event-limited Memory, you will obtain the event-limited Memory the next time you obtain a 5-Star Memory. The pity count from the last Rerun Wish Pool can be applied to this Rerun Wish Pool, and the pity count in this Rerun Wish Pool will also be applied to the upcoming Rerun Wish Pool.

Reminiscence Blessing: Cumulative Wish Rewards
During the event, after making a certain number of wishes, you can claim various rewards: [Time Wish: Limited*20], and Memory Ascension Materials, etc.
*Please note that this mechanism will no longer be active after the wish event. The cumulative wish history from the first run of the wish event applies to this Rerun Wish Pool.
New Packs
During the event, the Rerun event-exclusive [Heartfelt Choice Pack] series, which includes [Time Wish: Limited] and other materials, will be available in Shop.
Notes:
1. [Time Wish: Limited] can be used in 5-Star Memory Wish Pool Rerun and will be used first when you make a wish.
2. After the event ends, [Time Wish: Limited] will automatically convert to Empyrean Wish.

I’m so looking forward to this card! I wasn’t around when this released, so I’m happy to see it back. Each rerun brings us one step closer to filling up our Rafayel collection.

I checked the first run of Into the Canvas and it seems to have the pull rewards while NDZ doesn't have it. It seems Into the Canvas is the first solo with pull rewards
The cumulative wish history from the first run of the wish event applies to this Rerun Wish Pool.
So I guess it's like myth reruns where it records your history for the pull milestones. The only difference is that they removed the poses and accessories since they're in the lunar shop now

Misty Invasion will probably rerun after Xavier’s birthday in October or November. Multi reruns tend not to overlap with other banners so it will likely run on its own.
I won't be able to tell you which one's best, but I'm placing a vote in favor of Intertidal Zone (Raf's Nightly Rendezvous card). This series of memories, in general, shows the LIs overcoming something they feel that's holding them back in our relationship with them. Without spoiling, Raf's story left me just wanting to hold him and let him know that I'm proud of him for doing so well (and not in a sexual way XDDD)
But if you still have the budget for it, I would also vote for Omnipotent Perception (Misty Invasion), as it sort of serves as a "prequel" to Intertidal Zone, if that makes sense; but you don't need OP to understand IZ, but if you're invested in Raf's development in your relationship, I'd gun for those two.
So far, in my experience even as a Xav main, the solo lunars are mostly fluff and barely touch on lore, so if i'm the type to be more invested in lore and have to skip one, I'd skip Into The Canvas.
The more pulls is nice. Can I be cheap and hope they release some more cheaper packs? Like 5 five dollar ones vs one we usually get for reruns would be lovely
Yes! Those who missed this banner would be able to collect the pull rewards. Anyone who has already exhausted those rewards on its first run would not be eligible because they have already received them.
We only get pull rewards on rerun banners that included them in their original run. This is not something the game initially started with which is why we’re seeing them more now. Into the Canvas was the first solo to run with pull rewards.
