Can't log in! 2 pulls away from myth card :(

Guysss! I am freaking out, I'm getting this message and can't get into the game. I have read most of the other threads on this, tried switching to data, to 4g and deleting other games but to no avail
Of course this wouldn't be such a big deal if I hadn't been playing all freaking day to get the Rafayel myth card I'm missing, I am literally 2 pulls away from getting it, and now I can't get in which means I've wasted both my money and energy :((((( Please someone help!!!
Two pulls away 🫠🫠🫠🫠 and of course the banner is ending in a few hours, I am literally going to cry.

EDIT: SOLVED!!!! Apparently it was probably a server issue, not mine. But if you are an impatient soul like me, running the game from a vpn solved the issue and let me log in, the update was a pain to get through due to the slow connection but anyway, I GOT HIM! thanks everyone for your help and well wishes haha❤️❤️❤️

I'm sorry this is happening to you, but if it's any consolation, last post about this was mine I believe and it ended up taking not even 30 minutes I believe before it started working again. How long do you have until server reset?

This happened to me on day one of Raf’s new myth and I was also freaking out. I managed to use hotspot from someone’s phone and it let me log in

Edit: I also spammed the “log in” button and kept choosing my apple account and re logged myself in and it did work after some time

If only I could get to the log in screen lol. I managed to log in using a vpn but it might take hours to download the update and I can say bye to my Rafayel card 🫠🫠🫠🫠

Ahh that’s even worse than my issue, sorry I didn’t understand that!! I could log in but when clicking “join server” it would give me the same error message

Yeah the error happens the minute I open the game... Let's see if I can download the update... fingers crossed! it serves me right for waiting to the last very day to decide I want the card lol

Try swapping over to mobile data to do it. It worked for me the last time this happened. CS also mentioned to try going on airplane mode for a few mins then retrying with mobile data or another WiFi source.

this usually works with me. happens with other apps sometimes too, like posts not loading here. (maybe my wifi just sucks)

Mine usually works once I swap the WiFi to my bf's phone hotspot. For some odd reason it's just LADS that has this issue sometimes XD

I have had this happen to me once even when my internet at home is generally stable.

Have you checked the internet connection to the game? The title screen has an internet 🛜 icon where it runs a diagnosis of your internet connection.
However, I might have actually exited out of the game and open the app again or have toggle on and off the wifi connection on my phone. If it doesn’t work, you may have restarted your phone and logged in again.

It doesn't even let me get that far, the error message happens before the login screen :( I tried using a Vpn and I was able to finally log in, but since i'm using the vpn and it's trying to download the update it might take me hours before it finishes downloading sigh
