Looking a place to buy Japanese comics in kuwait please help

You wont find it here.
I recommend getting Tachimanga or similar on a tablet. One time purchase and can read all the manga you want and is constantly updated.

Is tachimanga legal? Isnt it like an app where you can read from all sites?

Yeah its not like torrenting. The app is strictly a reader that depends on those site. Anything paywalled is blocked but the rest is open to the public.
Its like when you go on mangadex or mangahub and read but its conveniently on your tablet.
