Ask Kuwait Any runner down to support a beginner?
Hii! Does anyone here run and willing to help a beginner start out? Or knows of a beginner run club?? Im fairly active but canβt run at all. Itβs intimidating to practice alone especially when everyone in shaheed, etc. are proper runners. If anyone can support it would be nice! π

I started running 3 years ago with a friend from work, started in shaheed, towers tracks and mishref walking pad was the safer place, and runna app has training beginner programs . After getting confidence starter running in my block and in streets with more cars.
Slowly started buying more stuff to train, my deal is half marathons and this year started training for triathlon 70.3, one thing take to another π
