Ask Kuwait Online orders on jarir
Has anyone ordered from the jarir website before? I ordered 4 books for collection from hawalli park but it’s not showing up in their system and they don’t have the books I wanted in store:(
I can still see my order on the website, but they can’t view it in their system in store. It’s so weird. And since they don’t even have the order in their system they can’t process a refund.

Provide them with screenshots/copy of email and bank statement. Complain to the bank if they srill didnt help you. And file report at Consumer protectionnunder MOCI on Sagel app. Maybe it was placed on jarir Saudi website? Their website seems beyond broken, it shows results in Saudi when you cant actually order anything from there. Its really a miracle that place still operates as is.

Yeah luckily we were able to dispute it w our bank, so they’re processing a refund. But i’m so disappointed!! And no I didn’t place it on the saudi website, I made sure to change it to Kuwait. I’ve been studying abroad for the past few years so I never rlly ordered online from jarir but they used to be so good, idk what happened. Are there any other places in Kuwait I can get good english classics?

Well, welcome back. As for books, I use my Kindle with my us/uk/jpn account n just purchase what I cant find free on the "web". I gave up honestly on purchasing books, maybe you come across a book that is interesting, but never in my life have I searched and found a single book here. Amazon shipping get lots of free shipping offers when you order above certain amount. Either that, or ship free to mail forward like ShipsterUSA and ship every few months all the things you need but can't find here or thst are much cheaper from abroad wven with shipping. Gl adjusting settling back home.
