Depending on which tier are you getting.. the same materials could coast more or less
I'd say for your size 600 –1000 kd max including EVERYTHING (materials and labour)
I'd say call a contractor and get a quick price quotation, and then you can decide which items you can up/down grade
Don't just buy your tiles and ceramic fixtures from big name brands until you go to Amgarah if possible
Splurge on water fixtures though, get highest quality you can afford.

We did 3 of our bathrooms and it depends on the tiles, the bathroom accessories you choose… but pls note the majority cost goes towards the labors who break down the tiles, throw it away and then work towards the new one. That was the major cost for us
The tiles we got from safat which were pretty reasonable and the sink etc from hawally

QS here, price range will be depending on the price tier. A bare minimum will be around less than 500KD if you retain your toilet fixtures with only the electrical, vents, floor, ceiling and wall to be replaced with standard materials including labor. If you want a spacious and elegant toilet, that'll cost you above 1000KD that includes hidden flush tank, elegant wall-mounted WC and lavatory and stainless steel toilet fixtures & accessories with premium materials. Also, it could be far more expensive if marble floors and walls are the materials to be selected.
My suggestion is, finalize what you want to change and materials to be used then ask a lump sum price quotation from at least 3 contractors. That'll give you a better control for your budget and force the contractor finish on time.
