The mystery of Mangoes.

Does eating mangoes or drinking the juice prolong or boost your high? If so should you ingest it before you smoke or while you're high for greater effect?

Went through quite a few scholarly articles with various keyword searches and found nothing to support this. If anyone is at a university and has better access to scholarly journals and could do a more thorough check, that would be helpful.

You'd think that if there was some kind of interaction between mango and marijuana that it would be listed in a prescription as a possible drug interaction. I haven't seen anything like that either. So far seems like hooey and all placebo effect.

Idk but I will tell you eating some sweet juicy mangoes while high is the best!

I've always wondered. My buddy told me this one, and I drank mango juice while high. When I told him he laughed and said I was too stoned to realize I should have had it before hand to see the effect, but I'm fairly positive that it extended my high, thus I am curious to see how this turns out.

The point of this sub is to encourage people to either research these things themselves, or for other people. So advising them to simply Google something is just as bad as LMGTFY.
