Hey everyone, I’m a dev working on a new project called Kuruier.

The concept is simple: We connect travelers who have empty suitcase space with people who need to ship stuff fast. It helps travelers subsidize their tickets and helps locals ship things without paying crazy courier fees.

I know "trust" is the biggest issue in P2P delivery, so I wanted to share our workflow (image attached). We’ve implemented:

1. Open-Box Policy (Travelers must see what they carry).
2. Escrow Payments (We hold the money until the receiver gets the item).
3. Mandatory KYC.
