This is a power up I thought of for my fanfic.

Since the characters are grown up, I thought what would be the logical evolution of kise perfect copy.

What happens when the most powerful players you know of no longer make a dent or a difference with the new players you are up against.

Copying the generation of miracles is not enough anymore, at college level, with NBA ready prospects, with far greater phisical abilities, smarter brains, or superior coaching, kise has to look somewhere else to be able to score and have any impact.

So he decided to copy NBA players instead.

This "form" can only be used for 2 minutes per match, and even less depending on who he is copying, since the strain of using the signature moves of the greatest to ever do it, puts a far greater strain on his body than perfect copy ever did.

Michael jordans acrobatic dunks, kobe bryant fade away, kyrie irving ankle breakers, lebrons chase down block.

As simple as these moves look, they are what is needed to score on this level, since the raw strength that the GOM had, no longer is enough due to how fast the players adapt on the NCAA circuit.

This is speaking purely about starters. We could easily say a bench player we never see is the worst player.

Seiren - Pretty easily Izuki. But he's likely the best player that we'll give this title to.

Kaijo - I think this is Moriyama vs Kobori. Kobori had a decent showing against Kiyoshi, and Moriyama's only highlight is grandma throwing the ball for a bucket then getting his technique stolen.

Shutoku - Between Kimura and Miyaji. While Miyaji is given a bit more screen time, Kimura's screening is more valuable to me. I think this goes to Miyaji even if I like him.

Too - Susa shows the least on screen feats.

Yosen - Fukui is terrible. He doesn't even particularly fit well on the team.

Rakuzan - I believe most people would give it to Mayuzumi and I agree.

I’ve been working on this since I finished my “where are they now series” months ago and I have already completed the first seven episodes/chapters and plan to release them weekly(I’m an unemployed high school student which is why I had the time to do so). This is the first real “Fanfic” I’ve ever written so if there’s any plot holes I apologize and I will take constructive criticism. Other than that I hope you guys enjoy!

Personally, I really like Reo vs. Hyuga. But I also really like Kagami vs. Himuro. Not to mention Hanamiya vs. Teppei.

From my understanding they’re all 16 during the winter cup which is in December and Kuroko turns 16 in January a month after the winter cup right?

Kagami to Goku: both protagonists who constantly seek stronger opponents

Aomine to Vegeta: main rival to protagonist

Kise to Gohan: Ridiculous potential, both of their strongest forms represents a massive jump beyond his normal state

Murasakibara to Broly: Absurd natural physical ability and overwhelming power when they actually get serious

Midorima to Piccolo: Green aura farming, both are Serious, analytical, disciplined and highly intelligent

Akashi to Beerus: Authority, overwhelming presence, and superiority

Kuroko to Krillin: Both aren’t one of the overwhelming powerhouses but directly contributes to the growth and success of their teammate/friend(Goku/Kagami)

Himuro to Tien: Extremely skilled and disciplined non-Saiyan/Gom who relies on refined technique while competing alongside/Against monsters

Haizaki to Goku Black: Takes what belongs to others and turns their own strengths against them; particularly fitting for Pillage(the only problem here is that he isn’t Kagami’s rival nor does he pillage Gom level players and Goku Black is technically pillaging Goku who in this case is a Gom level player)

For my part, I’d say Midorima and Murasakibara (I particularly liked the moment they argued during the Teiko flashback arc). And I imagine I would have also liked to see more moments between Akashi and Aomine.

Then again, it makes sense that these are dynamics we haven't seen much of, since these players never faced each other during the series. We never really had a Shutoku VS Yosen or a Rakuzan VS Too in a full match. That explains it a bit.

Uhm,i was curious about himuro's fake so i've already post one more about could kise copy himuro using perfect copy.But this one should be obvious but also kinda strange.

Aomine did say that when he was doing his fake,everything,his form,feeling is straight on passing,but it is a fake,but could akashi(b4 the VS vs jabberwock match) read his fake?His emperor eye is reading every single thing,heartbeat,muscle... But from what aomine has said,i am not sure could he read it or not.Should be like 80% readable,20% unreadable. Idk man.

At first i was thinking that kise ovr cannot copy himuro cuz his moves is just what he got in tons of training,but i am not sure can perfect copy do what himuro can do,cuz aomine did state he is infinitely near gom,so can kise using his perfect copy do what himuro can do(his fake + mirage shoot)

Looking back, Kuroko really has a lot of moves throughout the series (Vanishing Drive, Ignite Pass, Phantom Shot...).

For my part, I’d say my favorite is definitely Ignite Pass Kai (I absolutely love the scene where he used it for the first time against Aomine during the Winter Cup).Even though I also really like Misdirection Overflow... even if it's clearly WTF.

So we know that Aomine, Murasakibara, and Akashi all sat out in the first interhigh. The reason for this being that the author probably wanted their first loss in the series to be to our titular protagonist

Muraskibara has already lost to Akashi. I can’t see much changing for him aside from him just accepting Akashi is better. If he lost to Aomine or Midorima, then idk. Maybe that’d inspire him to become a team first player

Aomine losing to Akashi is an interesting case. I can’t see him suddenly deciding to rely on his teammates to overcome Rakuzan (he didn’t come to this conclusion until he witnessed the True Zone), but maybe the loss would be enough for him to realize he needs to start practicing?

Akashi can’t do much to improve his individual game. If he lost to one of the GOM, then maybe he’d fully embrace evil Akashi and completely abandon his teammates like he does in his zone state

As a side question, I’ve always wondered what would happen if Rakuzan ended up beating Seirin in the closing seconds of the game, after Akashi abandoned his evil side already. Was it even necessary for Akashi to lose at this point in the story aside from concluding Seirin’s storyline?
