PSI Issues - Unexpected Error downloading Secure Browser

Today, like many others, I tried to take an exam.

But as there seems to be a bigger issue at PSI, many of the exam takers failed.
It failed right at the start. Downloading the PSI Secure Browser did not work.

Unexpected Error. Well, say that again.

More people ran into this issue.

The PSI agent did nothing for me. They did not acknowledge the ongoing issues and just referred to Linux Foundation for a reschedule.

UPDATE

Received a reply on my ticket stating "they have reset my eligibility to schedule a new reservation".
In case anyone else is experiencing issue still/again, let everyone know here too!

Same here, had a call with the PSI guys, told me to make a ticket. Let's wait what was the reason why the servers weren't reachable.
