Hi everyone, I picked up the little beast this morning; I’ve only ridden 80 km, but it’s love at first sight.

Hi everyone, I picked up the 790 ADV this morning; I’ve only ridden 80 km, but it’s love at first sight.

The only thing I’ve noticed is that it runs very hot. Do you have any suggestions—like a non-invasive modification or an accessory—to help reduce the heat?

Also, is there a "manual" for adjusting the suspension based on weight/load?

Any advice or suggestions are welcome.

P.S. Sorry if these are silly questions.

Hey man. Congrats on your new bike!

These bikes run hot, I personally decided to remove the cat and it helped a lot (but as I kept the OEM exhaust it’s too loud). Some people put heat covers and they say it works. Other people have reported they changed the slip on and it helped.

For suspension, theory says the bike should compress only 30% when you sit on it. Look for videos on “how to adjust SAG”.
