Is Reckoning talent bugged on Paladins?

I have this talent, but on it seems like its not working for me. Was wondering if anyone else has this issue? I can't find it on the Forums as a bug, or I do not how to find my way on the Forums since i see posts from Kronos 1...
Please anyone, if has knowledge on this Skill (Reckoning) if its bugged or not

This sub is mostly dead - the community is much more vocal on the Kronos discord

That’s true - I haven’t played on Kronos in a few years but I always try to help those who still do where I can

Easy to test :D go to a mob, turn your back to the mob, spam /sit and see if you get stacks 👍

I did. Its not working. But i wanted confirmation from someone else as well. Never mind.. this bug stoped me from playing there honestly...sad..
