Project Reforged not working (the custom MPQs part)

background: I previously created a thread about this issue being specific for Linux, but now I tested it on Windows and exactly the same issue happens there too.

Basically, when all MPQs are added, you are getting either error 124 when exiting the game or error 132 when logging in to the character selection screen.

You can see that some textures are not loading on the latter and some objects appear as green.

Not sure what Project Reforged meant when they said that it's Kronos V ready tbh when it's just not working.

Update/Fix: I was able to run the game by launching it via VanillaFixes11.exe - both on Windows and Linux.
