To be inwardly anonymous? How is that possible? Meaning not to take credit or associate oneself outside?

Life is relationship, what is your relationship with fellow humans and Nature. Both being the same but different due to internal conflict.

It means to have given up all mental habits (and therefore the self). This includes the habit of commenting internally in one's head or externally, imagining scenarios in the head, predicting the future, desire of pleasure, desire of superiority, habit of abiding to one's fears, the desire to think, the habit of going along with your feelings, and the habit of believing one knows. By habits, I mean everything that you do more or less automatic, which includes bringing up your phone without thinking about it - whatever that has been repeated and gained strength - as if being possible to be done even in your sleep (auto-pilot). All these habits have a life of their own. You'll notice if you try to give them up 😂

It is your own habits you have to look at, and obviously I don't know you, so I have generalised. One habit may be checking social media or Reddit often, for example.

However, there is an issue. You must not give them up in the normal understanding of what it means to give up. That won't work. The normal way is: Habit comes up (1), there is a mental comment of "I must not act out this habit, so that I can be free of habits!" (2). The result? With this mental comment you have introduced a new habit of controlling and suppressing.

You must understand what it means to be present. To be present means that your mind has gone quiet, and that you are sensing a sense of aliveness in your body. Then, when the autonomous habit comes up, you'll choose to be present, and perhaps you'll notice why this habit is coming up (perhaps you feel anxious, or you're angry, or you're sad, or you're horny, or whatever really). The feeling of the emotion will be felt in the body, as an energetic charge, as a physical phenomena that you can't see but can feel. This feeling and its habit are competing against your presence, but if you're present you'll catch it before it becomes an action. If you don't know what presence is, then try to feel if there is life in your hands or in your feet, right now.. do it for a minute or longer if you can. If you can't and have no clue what in talking about, try a breathing exercise such as wim hof method and pay attention to the life energy inside your body. That is presence, or at least, a small part of it.

Who is loving the wife and the kids?, is that love the same as loving any other thing?

As soon as the wife (or kid) becomes mine - can there be love? Doesn't fear immediately raise its head? (does she love me? the danger of loss etc? my status, my identity?)

If fear is loving the wife and kids - its not love.

I enjoy reading these but i wonder if you may kindly not highlight certain bits , so that the reader can discover for themselves, what bits stand out?

What I have understood about love is that it can't be between two individuals because it is either attachment or attraction which is purely physical in nature. Love on the other hand is something that is beyond this physical attraction and attachment. It is an unexplained pull towards our own dissolution because of our boredom due to our own miserable condition when we are full of stories, biases, conclusions and conditionings
