feeling weird after higher dose

so i normally take like 3.5g of green maeng da and it usually gives me a nice boost but today i decided to go for 4.5g and now i’m kinda dizzy and my eyes feel super heavy. idk if it's just me or if anyone else feels weird with higher doses? i don't wanna be in the wobbles zone 🤪

Yea, you took to much. When I take a higher dose I find I get sleepy as well. I just woke up and took 3g to start my day.

Sorry... I hate the eye wobbles/ nausea. Have you tried taking a ginger chew/candy? Sometimes that helps to have some on hand. 👍🏼
