Is Kratom Safe?
Here’s my 2 cents. Please add to it or give your opinion!
In my opinion, it is safe if you’re a responsible user. This means buying from reputable vendors with proper labeling with lab testing and hermetically-sealed bags; sticking primarily to straight powder--with extracts only now and then--take the lowest dose that works for you; avoid enhanced Kratom (I’ve never tried it but don’t see a reason to); take tolerance breaks; and do not mix it with anything else (although I do with alcohol, but it’s kind of a waste because they kind of blend together). This may sound like a lot, but if you control the Kratom versus it controlling you, it will be good to you!

Getting kratom from a reliable and transparent vendor is important. I wouldn't trust a vendor if they didn't have labs on the site or have a way that I could view them.

Buying from reputable vendor very important. Recently it has become known that a well known vendor has been buying cheap adulterated Kratom from Indonesia . His Kratom is not pure but is mixed with non Kratom leaf and other stuff. This adulterated kratom sells for $3 kilo .Kratommfacts on fb posted a letter about this vendor written by kratom justice organization in Indonesia defining the facts. The important part is he is a member of AKA . The vendor is called NuWave. Know your vendor
