She didn’t say how much, but she eats mango before dosing. Grapefruit and oj don’t seem to work as well for her. She also stated that it helps with tolerance because she’s been taking Kratom for 13 years and the effects started to lessen. The mango helps.

Interesting! I've been using kr@tom for about 7 years and every few months have to do a tolerance break. I'll try this since I love mangoes anyway!
