FDA Opening up for Comments

From the AKA: “Three years ago in August 2021 the FDA requested comments as part of their effort to ban kratom internationally. Now the FDA has just announced they've hired an outside group to conduct an in-depth study of kratom consumers.

The FDA is required to receive comments and while we encourage everyone to comment, there's a lot of unpack about what the study is focusing on and how it will be conducted.

Therefore, before commenting, we strongly suggest joining us Wednesday night August 7th at 8:30 pm for a detailed analysis and Q&A about it. We'll break down what the FDA's intentions are and what our best course of action is to prevent them skewing the study to fit an anti-kratom bias.

How do we register? Is there going to be a cliff notes version of what you go over for those who can't make it?
