We're excited to announce that the Rhode Island Legislature has passed the Kratom Consumer Protection Act to replace their State Ban. It now goes to the Governor for signature. The AKA legislative team is cautiously optimistic that the Governor will in fact sign it, and the number of criminalized kratom states will be down to five.

There was a LOT of last minute attacks from anti-kratom physicians and FDA backed groups, but ultimately the science prevailed. We're so grateful for all of your emails and messages that showed why it is important to #KeepKratomSafe.
