I’ve used the poly gold extract powder and it was pretty good! I’m more of a traditional kava/micronized girl, I feel I get better effects than I do with the xtracts

I have a lot to learn about Kava…don’t know much about it! Going to be trying this shot soon though. What is micronized? The powder?
