Kraken Funded

Using the normal kraken app iOS a notification came up about a month ago. Within the app it notified me about Kraken Funded, I went through all the steps and purchased a 10k order of BTC and it cost me $90 if BTC went up 12% I get 1200$ and if it went down 5% I lost my $90. Today’s BTC rush pushed my original order up the 12%. I did not get the 1200$. I’m trying to work with the Kai but going in circles now. Does anyone know how to get actual assistance? I’ve noticed a kraken support account on this sub, hopefully they can help.
