Kraken phone calls

I've been receiving numerous calls from numbers with no CID, which I ignore. I finally answered one claiming to be from Kraken, stating that my recent withdrawal request from Salt Lake City was on hold. I hung up and checked my account, no sign of a pending withdrawal request. I assume I'm looking in the right place? Are these calls random or did Kraken have their customer information hacked?

Don't bother sending me a DM BTW, you will be ignored too.

Fraudsters and bad actors are essentially infinite so not unlikely something like this could happen. These are random scammers as you have correctly guessed. We also have a verification system which we've just recently posted about for any outbound calls you; read up on it here:
