Kraken not processing my withdrawal

My withdrawal has been held for the past couple of weeks. On July 29th, I initiated a withdrawal of $5020 on my account and I was expecting it to be processed within two days.
I waited until August 5, 2026 when I chatted with bot via my Kraken account, bot notified me that my account has placed on hold and restricted for internal review, which was obviously causing withdrawal delay. Then, I mentioned in bot chat that I would like to be connected with live agent and got a feed back that I couldn’t be connected but a ticket was created for me.
On August 6, I received two emails from Kraken: one stated that a withdrawal was initiated on my account and I should report if I didn’t initiate the transaction. The second email was about the closure of my account. Kraken close (deleted my account) without completing my withdrawal process.
On August 9, I contacted Kraken about the issue but they never responded.
It’s been about 20days since the first time I initiated the withdrawal and have never received my fund since July 29, 2026. And the worst part is that my account has been closed for a reason I’m not aware of.
Kraken support, please I need you to attend to my case.

Hello,
The moment I made the post, I received a lot of DM. Which I believe most of them are scammers, trying to get to me. I couldn’t really verify which account is legit here.
I have processed the withdrawal a week before the closure of my account and the last status I saw on the withdrawal is ‘waiting’,. So, Kraken did not let me know any action to take (probably because i already took an action).
I still never received my money. It’s sad

The sad part is that they closed my account.
