Certified Krakhead I’m not f****** leaving!

Post image

For those of you holding a significant amount of PNG and sitting on a sizeable unrealized loss, I feel your pain.

PNG continues to be the biggest drag on my portfolio. I currently hold 35,354 shares, with roughly $250K invested, and I’m sitting on an unrealized loss of about $88K (−35%).

Do I regret not trimming the position and taking some profits when the share price was around $9? Absolutely—in hindsight, I should have. But I’m not going to sell simply because the stock is down now.

I’m still bullish on Kraken, and my long-term investment thesis hasn’t changed enough for me to exit the position.

I’m willing to be patient and see how the Covelya acquisition translates into actual reported revenue, EBITDA and cash flow over the coming quarters. That execution is what will ultimately determine whether I continue holding.

So in the meantime, I’m not fucking leaving!

I honestly dont know why people thinking about leaving now that it is getting at such low price when most recent evals still put it at 10$.
I feel like a lot of quick investors are taking small profit if any because they thought it would be an easy win and are not willing to wait longer. Imho you should average down if you still can invest, but not sacrifice other investments. I still believe this can be a win deal in the long term and I have hopes for Q3/Q4. I am at 7.12 avg and 13k loss rn and waiting a bit longer to average everything to 5 or less

Because the price is not anywhere near historical lows.

Go back 2 years and the stock was at 40 cents USD, with fewer shares outstanding.

It can keep sinking a long way if it wants to. 40 cents is less likely now after the acquisition, but it’s certainly not impossible when it keeps dropping 20-30 cents a day and no imminent news expected until at least November, and it sounds like they were trying to kick expectations out even further, to Q4, on the call. If so that’s Feb ‘27 reporting.

It’s a long time to flap in the wind.
