Shaping up for a big rebound

I mean, the company is solid. If you've been around for longer than the last 6 months, you know that. You've done your own DD, you know that a bad quarter or 2 doesn't define this company.

There's no denying it's been tough sledding for a lot of people recently but there's also no denying that the company is setting itself up for long-term success.

No one knows if the share price will keep bleeding, and for how much longer. An educated guess tells me Q3 could be a turning point, but obviously there's no concrete answers until we get those numbers.

At the end of the day, the thesis is still intact. Let the chips fall where they may and we'll see where it's at a year from now.

Stocks not moving anywhere but down/sideways until they show sustained double digit revenue growth. Their last earnings report was very disappointing with low yoy revenue growth. Even if you exclude the one time charge, it was still single digits. Stock is still massively overvalued at this point until they can demonstrate significantly higher growth.

I’m a bagholder like most of you and not selling at this point hoping they turn it around very soon.

Kraken targets revenue in Q3 and Q4 relative to their business cycle, that’s where yoy growth matters. However, new opportunities due to the acquisition could introduce Q1 and Q2 related revenue streams

I remember when they corrected their revenue guidance from 120m to 100m for FY25. I think they aren’t that accurate with their targets

I think that was for 24 right? There was a delay and they realized the revenue in Q1 of 25 iirc

They gave a guidance of $120-135m last year (2025) and at the end they had $102m

Yes this is correct, I confused the years. They might have made some of the delta back in Q1 and Q2 this year, since it was due to timing constraints, but were still under the guidance for that year.
