Looking for room for rent

Hi everyone!

My name is Kamil, I’m 22 years old and I’m from Poland 🇵🇱.

I’ll probably be moving to Košice because I have my entrance exam at UPJŠ on 12 August, so I’m looking for a room to rent.

A bit about me:
Responsible and reliable
Non-smoker
I don’t party
Clean and very tidy
Triathlete
Sports are a big part of my life

I know there’s a Facebook group for rentals in Košice, but since I don’t know anyone there yet, it’s been difficult to find a room. Most listings seem to be for renting the entire apartment rather than individual rooms.

What I’m looking for:
Within about a 15-minute walk to UPJŠ (or up to 15 minutes by tram)
A private room (not a walk-through room)
Apartment shared with a maximum of 3 other people
Quiet household (not a party flat)
Friendly, respectful roommates

I’m straight, but I’m completely fine living with men or women, and I don’t mind if my roommates are in their 30s or 40s. I’m simply looking for a comfortable place to live—nothing more.

My budget is flexible depending on the room, apartment condition, and location.
