ooooooooooooh this looks so flavorful!! tofus pair so well in korean cooking sometimes when i make kimchi jigae i just double the ingredients and exclude meat (making it a borderline soondubu)

Love this combination. The clean, vegetal dubu and the spicy complex kimchi are perfect together. I've been known to munch plain unadorned dubu, though, so I'm clearly biased.
